Hard work sometimes, but overall not too much of an issue

Really flexible work culture: lots of people fully remote/compressed hours/part time Great colleagues: everyone really passionate and hard working Interesting work as an analyst: scope to have a big impact in shaping the CCC's advice

Poor project management, so always have unnecessarily stressful periods coming up to deadlines (fortunately don't have too many of these) Recent obsession with external/public comms and how CCC will be seen in the media Very limited opportunities for progression, most people do the job a few years and then leave in order to get promoted
