There has been more than 60% turnover since the pandemic began. Most teams have more than half the team members there for less than 6 months. Lots of people join, then leave after 12-24 months. Many positions open and left unfilled for long periods of time. Work is fast-paced, and expectations are high, but this is not reflected during reviews and through compensation.
