      Owner and director have good management skill. Employees have good relationship with each other. Operators are skillful. Pay is reasonable.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Nice people inside. I have never seen such nice boss and manger in other companies. Everything is good. Just need to make sure you done your job on time and correctly. Salary is fair enough for each positions. I was an internship in this company. Everyone in there is nice and friendly. They like to teach and help me finish my training.
