I fell in to this job randomly and really have never looked back. The culture and energy is electric. Over the last few years the company has grown and like most businesses had its ups and downs. However, the focus of the owners is forward and innovative. Paul "Pj" is very much a visionary and the "idea" man. Where Samantha is more the of people and making sure the business runs smoothly on the back end. Both are extremely focused on the well-being of the team. In my time at CCIA I have had a need to tend to personal matters or needed to augment my schedule for appts or other things. The management here has always been very accommodating. They even have sent me to various training seminars, treated the group to quality team events and recently brought out annual retreats for us and our significant others. I can truly say I feel like I am not just an employee, but part of a dynamic group of people who really do care about one another and what we are doing. Paul and Samantha have a unique way of bringing their talents together to run a top notch firm. You really would never know that they are married and when you find out you understand why. They make insurance an exciting place to be. The passion for the cause is what drives the company and us being a part of it.

I wish there was more of a screening process with our new hires. When we bring on a new person it is every important they are a cultural fit. Also, more distribution of the work load at different times of the year, Q4 is so intense! But worth it I suppose for our January retreat.
