Constant workforce reductions and re-organizations - Global Procurement Manager bei CommScope: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've had 7 different managers in 6 years due to re-organizations within the company. Every year, with the re-orgs, you have to worry if your position is going to be eliminated. They do not make decisions on who to keep based on experience or knowledge or work ethic; it comes down to being in the wrong department at the wrong time. It is the most unstable job I've ever had.
