Not welcoming to outside hires - Global Operations Manager bei CommScope: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Lied to during interview process and then no onboarding. Was told I would have direct reports and found out day 1 that didn’t exist. Never got a permanent computer and two months into job still didn’t have access to IT systems necessary to do job. Was told by others that happens a lot. Never even got an exit interview was just told to log off at the end of the day.
