Pros
Greenbriar has, for the most part, the same pros and cons as most nursing homes. Although it is a bit bigger than the others in Slidell, which can make it slightly easier to find with lifting and transferring patients.
Kontras
Management has always been terrible!! They would make public examples of employees in front of large groups of other employees (even when residents and their families were watching). The administrator and 2 other office workers would walk around 30 minutes before clock-out time, circle around an employee (so they couldn't walk away) and bully them into staying through another shift. I've even overheard them threatening nurses' of losing their jobs if they didn't work over. Lastly, you have to keep track of your hours, because every once in a while checks can wind up not having all your hours, and you have to talk to the DON and then wait a week for another check to be printed.
