Everyone works super hard, tries there best and shows up to get the job done. New sales leadership that is working to align the departments with real tried and true processes to achieve growth Really great solution in the current market, that is overall very comprehensive * CS really knows their stuff and smashes their goals

* 3000 competitors and not a real leader in the market so they're targeting verticals that are really not ROI focused - Higher Ed. Most companies focus on ROI and they're are competitors who have that market share already with perhaps not as comprehensive of a solution but individually more AI capable and advanced * All departments at the time felt super disconnected, and because they were doing 2X there title responsibilities, everyone was reluctant (reasonably) to support one another * No sales people had been closing any solid deals and if you're new to the industry, solution and/or personas. Self-onboarding + building all your own processes can be a challenge when you're limited in access and ability to make the changes you feel necessary to succeed. * Coaching wasnt really a thing and learning from your peers is met with reluctance as they all had to figure it out on their own and so you quickly feel that same feeling when someone new joins.
