There is no good reason to work here, other than some of the people on the production floor are pretty nice.

The owner is constantly yelling and throwing tantrums like a petulant child. Extremely high turnover, he fires people without thinking. The company is teetering on bankruptcy, to the point where people race to the bank to cash their paychecks before they bounce. The factory is a mess, and there are no medical benefits.
