Decent salary and flexible hours.
Kontras
Too many managers, too many processes, use bully tactics for staff. Little regard for contractors. Old school mentality and not surprising people are leaving, that no work is being won and people are being made redundant. Serious reshuffle needed, get the old thought process out, fresh blood and ideas in. They are killing this company.
