Convenient Location. Free coffee and often had good snacks brought in by outside sales people. Flexible lunch breaks with little oversight from management.

Culture dominated by exclusivity and lack of diversity. HR Department displayed unprofessional behavior, was unapproachable, and created a hostile work environment. Management was indifferent to employee conduct and professionalism (or lack thereof). Office environment fostered cliques, leading to a toxic atmosphere. Excessive drinking during work hours by some staff. Poor treatment of employees, especially anyone who was actually there to work and accomplish their job.
