Not Complex, Pays Well, Friendly enviroment ( for the most part)

Kontras

Union shop, in the frame of excellent pay was negotiated for not so favorable terms. Such as a 30min lunch break with few options/accomodations to get and/or eat lunch in that short period. Mandatory OT, up to 16hrs if on-shift. MUST come in if called during off day(s). Some processes could benefit from streamlining. Leans too heavily on time related call metrics, than actual customer experience/satisfaction.

Innovation and constant learning environment. Managers are understanding of heavy workload and try there best to support.

Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
