And for Jmans pay raise only if you become a lead hand or foreman. (other than yearly $2 increase) So bad workers get paid the same or more sometimes in this company and good workers don't get rewarded.

I worked only for 6 months before moving. Great company, straightforward compensation. If you work hard and make a good effort that is rewarded and respected. Even when I moved they tried to arrange service work for me. Good guys to work with and management was good too.
