-Those fun people can be very rude. -The overtime feels forced, and if you can't do it due to personal situations you are called out and harassed by management. -The weekend shifts are also pretty much forced due to the managements inability to meet deadlines and constant flipping of jobs to keep ahead of their costumers anger given botched deadlines and unreasonable promises. -No ventilation even though the place houses four CNC machines, roughly four lathing machines and a welding shop. -Top management has a huge emotional issue, one second the guy could be your best friend, next second he is ripping into you for stuff you have either no power over or no say in. Loves to make a show out of firing/disciplining staff. -Not to mention the health and safety codes here are a joke! Eye wash station is shut of 90% of the time and even if it wasn't the thing is behind stacks of parts making it impossible to access if you have anything in your eye. -Also watch out if you get hired, one false move and you are out that door. No warning, nothing, tempers in the place get high fast meaning someone will complain to the boss and get you thrown out. -They also pay peanuts for the stress and work they give. There are a few members here that get the golden treatment, but you can see that some members are treated like trash for no other reason then not kissing the boss butt every time he walks out. TLDR; Don't work here unless absolutely desperate, and if you do, work on another job and leave ASAP. You are worth way more than this place will treat you. There is a saying at this pit, you could die one day and they would have the next guy move your corpse.
