I have been working full-time at ColorProof for over a year now and I can honestly say, you really get what you put into your career here. The company provides plenty of opportunities for career growth. It's your choice whether you want to seek those opportunities out. If you are a climber and a go-getter, you will find that you can really grow in your position and try new things. If you're happy just doing your regular day to day tasks, that's okay too. As long as you're responsible and care about your job, you will do well here. The company is good to their employees and recognizes and rewards their employee's efforts.
