Pros
ColorMatrix is a pretty great place to work. On the sales side, they understand that no salesperson is perfect, and they give you plenty of opportunity to develop your sales skills and performance. This isn't a "what have you done for me lately" kind of position. They definitely push you to do your best and to maximize your sales, but they realize that they have chosen you and invested in you and it is in both of your best interest to develop as a seller.
Kontras
Some of the PolyOne corporate driven metrics become tedious. More and more time is being spent in SalesForce and in spreadsheets that is taking time away from servicing customers. A lot of the time working with the lab is like pulling teeth. If they reply to you at all it is almost guaranteed that their first answer will be "no". It's only after getting your manager or higher involved that anything gets done.
