      Great HR staff Lunch break at same time as everyone else Smell flowers all day

      Kontras

      Worker's Safety Working Hours (Not warned when there will be a 12 hour shift) Hard to communicate when everyone is Hispanic The Hispanic women/men do not like working with others Lots of people with criminal backgrounds... Lots of people on drugs and will readily admit it

      Pros

      The scheduling is very flexible and the management was very easy to get along with. I worked on my own at my own pace. My boss was not afraid to get her hands dirty helping if we were busy on a drop in day. I only left because I was moving for school.

      On slow days with few plants and no truck coming it can be tedious to just deadhead but it balances out with the busy days. Color Point was just sold out to DeKalb so they're in the process of transferring employees and contacts for next season.

      Great people in HR dept I had wonderful line supervisors Jordan Courtney and Eric

      The Hispanic women are awful. They are rude n don't explain nothing to you
