Pros

There’s unfortunately one senior president leader who is so far ahead of their skis the best outcome is for them to leave the mountain entirely. This company will handicap its own success at the failure of one with operational control. CEO is building strategic partnerships (appropriately so), revenue leader is best-in-class, but they can’t work magic with this megalomaniac on payroll.

Kontras

need new management, with proven scalability. Move the public health / academic egomaniacs out. Time to be a real B2B organization.

Pros

Insgesamt habe ich meine Zeit wirklich genossen. Das Personal war großartig, die Mission war spannend und die persönliche/berufliche Entwicklung wurde gefördert und unterstützt.

Ich wurde zusammen mit vielen anderen leider entlassen.

Concerns raised may be minimized or framed as resistance rather than opportunities for improvement. • Scheduling and operational decisions can change with little warning or input, impacting stability and morale. • Overall, there’s a gap between the clinical expertise within the organization and how much it is integrated into ongoing decisions, workflows, and strategic direction.
