Pros
Great learning opportunity, the company is going through an ambitious growth period and the potential to progress with this is strong. I worked with some amazing people, both internal colleagues and external clients, and had opportunities I couldn't get elsewhere. The work hard / play hard atmosphere is strong, with frequent socials and monthly catch ups with executives (with beer and pizza).
Kontras
The staff are overworked with little support, prioritisation of the larger clients/works is common and impossible pressures are placed on the workers. Overtime is an expectation and is oft. not rewarded. I personally knew people who would pull all nighters and come back to work with only an hour nap. There was a precedence for difficult tasks to be given to the same people with them receiving no reward, despite other priorities and the overtime already being done. Pressures are high if you let them be, and after a few months of leaving I have only just started to appreciate the stress this put on my life.
