Pros

The company is coming back after covid, and it is so great to be back. My team is so nice, lots of room for growth. benefits have always been good but new policies have made them even better.

Kontras

Certain executives are somewhat out of touch with day-to-day employees and there is definitely a double standard. Requiring office time of 3 days a week (some teams can do 2) bc mandatory for culture but then some are remote for months at a time and also make hires no where near the office that are completely remote that could totally be filled locally.

Great teammates, made working for the company bearable.

Constantly being overworked and underpaid, work life balance is non-existent. New hires come in making significantly more than the people who’ve been there for years. Good luck on getting a promotion, they only promote their favorites. You get sold you on the idea of a growing company, creating change and bring new ideas to the table, but it couldn’t be further from the truth, no real interest in changing even when it could save them time and money. Leadership only cares about getting to a billion dollars in revenue and they don’t care how they get there, or who they lose along the way. Health insurance is insanely expensive, can’t afford it only making minimum wage. Travel credits and Bonuses are an insult, less and less credits each year even tho they’re making more money than ever! Oh yeah, and HR leadership is a JOKE!
