Nothing is a benefit. In the name of every position all they make the employee do is sell. Everything works according to the sales team.

The environment isn't welcoming at all. No proper training. Also, no saturday sunday is off. You have to work from home on sunday as well. Abusive environment and judgments are passed randomly based on anything you do. Way too much politics. In order to get promoted, you need to sleep or have good relation with your manager.
