7yThank you for your review. I can promise you, we take reviews seriously and work to be the best management organization we can be. And the balance you provide in remarking on the commitment of our teams to the exceptional outcomes experienced by our students at CIP is appreciated.
The voice of both exiting and current employees is taken seriously. HR works to ensure we understand the perspective of all exiting employees about their experience, and especially important are our employee surveys.
We conducted our latest employee survey at the turn of the year. In general, it is fair to say that overall employees view their experience here favorably. We request their input on a number of different dimensions: relationship with the management at their centers, supervisor effectiveness, learning and development opportunities, total rewards, etc. We know employees will rate their experience less favorably in some areas and we intentionally ask for input in these areas, seeking candor over reassurance, and suggestions to “senior management” how to best improve the experience here. I sent an email to all employees summarizing what we learned from the survey and remarking on what plans we have to continuously improve the experience here. Striving to make CIP the best place to work in can be is a shared endeavor between employees and "senior management". (Director, Human Resources.)
