Leadership. They listen to input, take it to heart, and address problems head-on and respectfully. Mission-Driven Clients. The work they do REALLY is making a difference in how we live and relate to one another. This focus is really why everyone is here. Self Aware. They know they aren't perfect but honestly assess what they can change and make that a priority. Reinvestment. The partners aren't out buying another house when times are good. They invest back into the business and their people. People. They believe in their people and truly care about them when they don't have to. Unlimited PTO. They really mean it. Someone went on paternity leave and was off for a couple of months. Not one email or text. Wow.

It's a small agency with growing pains. There's always going to be more demand than staff. The work they do is complex. The more senior people come across as intellectual and introverted. I think younger staff can misread this. I've heard that they are working on processes that would make working there easier. I'm a consultant so I don't have that experience but thought I would mention it.

There are no pros I wouldn't say I liked this place and the work environment was toxic.

This was by far the worst job I have ever worked. Not only was there no place for growth the expectations and demands were never clear, no opportunity to express yourself or be creative. There was always a hidden agenda and expectations that were never disclosed until the project was completed, making the work environment very stressful. The turnover rate is extremely high and might I add one of the specific partners is extremely racist.
