      -Sales team structure is motivating from a commission and accomplishment standpoint -Work is different from traditional NP roles so it's a nice shift away from direct patient care and working with our own profession to increase access to healthcare -Great team atmosphere -Schedule is full-time and we work hard, but your schedule is flexible to some degree which is great as a working mom -Pay is great and more than fair, also unlimited PTO -Room for growth, a lot of moving up within

      -Start up culture and a lot of changes over time, you need to be flexible with change to thrive here -Sales cycle and lead volume can affect your overall commission even when doing your best, however, as a whole lead volume stays consistently good here

      Pros

      This is a great company to add extra income (generally $250-$400 per practitioner supervised) to a physician’s salary. Straight forward process with collaborating docs. I highly recommend!

      Not much. Maybe a centralized emr to manage all required tasks such as chart reviews would be nice.

      I’ve been with Collaborating Docs for almost five years, and it has truly been the best company I’ve ever worked for. The team is close-knit, supportive, and genuinely cares about each other’s success. The culture is positive, respectful, and growth-oriented, better than anywhere else I’ve experienced. You are expected to work hard and follow directions, but you’re given the trust and flexibility to succeed. I especially appreciate being able to work from home, which gives me great work-life balance. Overall, Collaborating Docs is a dream workplace for anyone looking for growth, stability, and a great team environment.
