Good work culture, most of my peers are friendly and helpful towards each other.

Middle and upper management tend to play the blame game when something goes wrong, which is daily. HR is unprofessional. Company is growing but not at a steady rate so there's lots of hirings/firings depending on how well they did in the last quarter.
