Company culture stresses valuing others. Most employees care about one another. The environment is not necessarily cut throat. People who leave Colgate sometimes wish they hadn't and try to come back. Some are even let back in.

Decision making, from the top down, can be very slow. This is partially due to the fact that C-P is a consensus driven organization, which can stick things in the mud. It feels like we should be moving faster than we do and being too conservative at times.
