Flexible Hours, Half Decent Pay, Some good people still left in the company

Gradually reducing employee rewards and benefits, the You Can Make a Difference Program is a Joke. HR is invisible (high turnover), Moving jobs overseas to very underqualified people. Lots of managerial infighting. Loosing its values "best place to work" is now "a place to work". Very political. Used to be awesome but now it's not, the place is becoming like a government job without the security. Small cubes, small work space, like rats in a wheel.
