The individuals you get to work with are amazing. Mostly everyone is kind and tries to collaborate as well as we can. The roles I've had in HR have given me a lot of visibility, greater understanding of the organization, and some really great challenging projects and roles.
Kontras
The Company's values are going down the toilet. Caring is one of them, and the way we structure and plan our resources makes little to no sense right now. Understand we are under restructuring, but that doesn't mean the work went away, and with more demands from both the business and HR , we're all just struggling to get by.... most work 7/8am - 7/8pm, and if you leave early (4/5pm) you're logging back in at 8/9pm until midnight or later. You are slowly killing your people. We are finding more and more employees crying in the bathroom or at their desks (HR and business) bc the amount of work is consuming. We keep saying work smarter not harder, but the reality is the structure & processes are not in place to do it AND there are somethings that just need manpower! Especially when you look at the biggest organizations / groups at the Company and the amount of support they get from Admins or HR. Its crazy. I am looking to leave asap. We say we have work-life balance, but this far from the truth - at least for HR.
