We take pride in being the most trusted cryptocurrency platform, and we take all allegations of wrongdoing or unethical behavior seriously. I strongly encourage you to report your concerns to your manager, to our People or Legal teams, or to me directly so we can take appropriate action as needed. You can also report any concerns anonymously through our whistleblower hotline. (You can find the link on our intranet.)
Please know that we have a strict “No Retaliation” policy to protect whistleblowers—good-faith reporters of violations are shielded from any form of retaliation.
