Pros
Flexible employment system. You can pick any form of employment available in Poland. Interview is bot complicated so it’s relatively easy to get there. Good relocation compensation.
Kontras
Payment is on the low-end of the market. Weak legalisation support (except relocation bonus payments). Poor benefits. Poor equipment. Low office capacity compared to actual number of employees. We used VDIs on the project, which is pain, however nobody told me that before starting the work. Difficult to switch to an other project. All public holidays, sick days and vacations are unpaid unless you’re an UoP (pol. Umowa o Prace) employee. Group manager does nothing. They’re more like “router” that redirect you to someone else who can help you with your problem. The bench is really large.
