I have been working for CBI for a few years now and have really enjoyed the team aspect. Everyone is kind and supportive of one another. There are also a lot of opportunities to get more involved through Centers and building up my skills through free trainings through the Center for Education.

There has been a lot of change as the practice has grown, which can be hard and frustrating at times. Despite this, I have always felt heard in those frustrations and it seems that those in leadership positions work hard to resolve issues the best that they can. I have felt that the pros far outweigh the cons since I have been here and I'm looking forward to the growth in my career while I'm here.

The therapists are wonderful good people.

The executive team has terrible communication. They are so far disconnected from their employees that people continually put in their resignations.
