The team is highly intelligent, skilled, and passionate about their work, and a lot of opportunities are provided to new employees to make important contributions right from the start. As a new college grad, I was looking for a fast paced environment where I would be challenged to learn new things every day, and Cogenra has certainly delivered. The work day flies by, with all of the interesting projects that you get to work on alongside a really talented team, with the added bonus that you're working on a technology that can really impact the world.
