in some projects you get to learn good technologies and sometime you are free to choose the technologies you want to implement in the project, so that's one good thing. Also not much work pressure.
Kontras
the worst thing is the HR policies are not transparent or not implemented transparently globally in the organization. Politics, favouritism are some of the major problems.
