Some good staff benefits, a diverse and inclusive environment, good tips, paid lunch and after-service drinks.
Kontras
Salary is VERY low compared to similar restaurants; restaurants with big sections where you have no time to pay the needed attention to the guests; with long shifts without any breaks; and no salary revisions. They keep expecting a lot of things from you: high availability on days off, work fast and effectively without any breaks in 9/10 hour shifts, etc... but give nothing in return.
