Ah, instead of adding "pros".. I'm sharing few words about my exp, so that you can know better. My work experience in Codoid was "Totally Awesome!", they gave me opportunity, support and Freeeedom!!! Trust me!, I worked here more than 3years and never ever they asked/monitored my working hours. Just do your work(whenever) and make client satisfied (may be more than satisfied) and happy!! Apart from that, it's totally up to ur own interest, but you'll get support anytime!! Got bored while working? Take ur time, Relax / Go and play Xbox whenever you need,np at all... What if CEO came? Don't worry! Just handover one Controller to him, he will just sit next to you, start playing! and order Pizza as well! yes.. that's the beauty!! "Best work-culture and Awesome colleagues" And yes, you will get more exploration and lots of learning. Most importantly, they do conduct upskilling sessions in tech and for communication as well (sincere thanks for that). To be more precise about Codoid: "A company that loves and cares the employee soo much!", Best! Believe it!😎
