I really like the env in the office. It is not like my previous company where we were not allowed to speak to people from other team during working hours. Being able to share thoughts with anyone at Coditas during work helps in improving the overall learning and working epxerience

The coffee from the coffee machine is too sweet.

I personally felt like I got a chance to work with the most helpful team, they helped with everything from initial training to resolving the complex problems that I faced during the development. I recall my lead staying up till 1 am to help me fix a problem that I got stuck on. Also, I felt like outside the office everyone was fun to have a conversation with.

The company had no significant or major drawbacks that could be highlighted as disadvantages.
