Working at Codeway is a complete package: It gives you an amazing opportunity for learning growth, a productive environment to perform at your best and a fun workplace to socialize in. Codeway is an amazing learning opportunity: Because Codeway is ready to give you any kind of monetary or non-monetary support if you truly want to get better at something. To give an example, I'man HR Specialist, but I also have a passion for games. So I ended up learning Unity (game development software) to create a game of my own-and the management was incredibly supportive on this process. Codeway is a place where you can perform at your best: On top of supporting you fully, the management won't hesitate to give you full responsibility. They will trust you with any kind of project you're working on. They won't care about your total working hours or vacation days. But they will expect you to own the results of your work. This kind of a trustful environment makes me want to contribute more to the great thing we're creating together. Codeway is a place to socialize: Since you're surrounded with young, ambitious and super-smart people, Codeway becomes a place where you also spend non-work related time with your colleagues. All the company events and the entertaining office environment make this a lot easier.

It is true that growth opportunities here are endless. But you have to ask for it. If you're expecting a year of learning path to be mapped out for you, Codeway might not be the best place for you. If you only prefer to strive asan individual and have difficulty work as part of a team, then Codeway's team-first approach might not suit you well. If you're willing to work 9-to-5 and not think about work for the rest of the time, then again, Codeway isn't the best place for you. Yes, you will eventually find your way to a proper work-life balance, but it might take time and a little bit of optimization :)
