Pros
I've been working at Codeware for going on 3 years, and I can honestly say that I love my job. I interviewed with the company before my last undergraduate semester and decided shortly thereafter to join on in an unfamiliar city. I was nervous, to say the least, about how I'd do in a new role while having to meet new people both in and outside of a new workplace. Fortunately, I was met with respect and kindness; my fears fell away as quickly as the weeks flew past. The senior members on my team patiently explained the theory behind the technical material that I'd need to use. Management contextualized how my duties would fit into the company-wide objectives. Since starting at Codeware, I have yet to stop learning or be challenged. When I catch up with my college buddies who also went into consulting, software and engineering, the stories of hostile coworkers, apathetic managements, and lack of meaningful work are all too common. It's never lost on me how grateful I am to be part of a company that treats each employee like an individual, listens to our concerns, and encourages us to learn, grow, and find fulfilment in what we can bring to our software and clients everyday. I can't image a better company to nurture my professional career at.
Kontras
The air conditioning in the offices are set to really cold temperatures, and the kitchen snacks are full of sugar.
