      Some nice people work there

      There’s a lot of pressure to work harder and harder Constant pressure from the senior leaders, its constant It’s all about the money, they dont do people skills. Non existant They have created a culture committee, the reason is because they have destroyed the culture and now asking what they need to do to rebuild it.

Agile Decision-Making: Being a smaller organisation means decisions are made quickly, which is helpful when urgent action is required.
