Pros
Codence is an excellent team. I've been really impressed with how caring the team is, both personally and professionally. People are listened to, and the company is good about managing different people's circumstances. The work is a challenge, which I enjoy. At times the schedule is tough, but it seems like the partners work to keep expectations rational. There's a definite eye on work-life balance, but at the same time people work very odd hours and days. The company is always "on", so you can get help when you need it. That appeals to me a lot. I like setting my own schedule.

Much of the company is remote. I guess there's nothing to be done about that, but it would be nice to be in-person more often as time and dollars allowed.
