Pros

Secure job due to predictable release schedule of their two big franchise games. Devotion to ensuring the games are of highest quality. Overtime pay and milestone bonuses.

Kontras

Crunch was practically included in the development schedule from the outset and treated as a normal part of work. Studio is in the middle of nowhere, making the commute difficult. A reliance on outsourcing for most of the asset creation work, means that it's a bad place for someone looking to improve their art skills.

•Salary pay is fair and always on time • flexible hours • good amount of in office parties/entrainment/activities

• after a while no more room to grow since the games are being developed constantly stays the same •company and managerial mindset is artist is always to blame for everything • leaders, directors and higher postitin employee behaviors are unchecked and extremely bias •HR constantly fails to meet their obligations expecially towards expat employees •extreme lack of responsibility from management towards employees
