Extreme micromanagement – Daily plans and mandatory 2-hour updates even after Scrum meetings, showing complete lack of trust. Minor issues or small delays lead to public call-outs instead of constructive support. Toxic and unsupportive leadership – Leads focus on blame rather than guidance or team growth. Unhealthy obsession with client validation – Internal pressure over client appreciation creates unnecessary stress. Unrealistic workload expectations – One person is expected to handle the work of multiple resources, leading to burnout.

My UI/UX internship at Code Fulcrum Lahore was incredibly enriching—I designed high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, conducted user research, and collaborated closely with developers in an agile environment. The mentorship improved my attention to detail in micro-interactions and accessibility, while client projects helped me balance creativity with technical constraints.

At times, I lacked access to detailed user analytics early in the process, leading to extra iterations. Additionally, smoother design-dev handoffs (like better-documented design specs) could have streamlined implementation.
