Code23 continues to support all of the team, including myself, by providing what we need to effectively deliver the work required of us. Code23 has always encouraged us to better ourselves and has supported us in our endeavours with conferences, learning materials and training sessions. Working with a great team of like minded people mean it's not all hard work! Regular after-work activities including meals out and trips gives everyone the opportunity to bond and get to know their co-workers better.

Employees always work together as a great team making Code23 a professional and fun working environment. The quality of work produced is outstanding and the support provided by all staff has been very beneficial for me with my career growth and opportunities.

Code23 has no limit on their employment radius, this means that employees are spread between working from home and working in the office. A downside of this is that you are not able to get to interact with a lot of your team face-to-face.
