Pros
I have been working at CodeWizardsHQ for less than a year and there are so many amazing things that I have to say about this company! The trainers, staff, and everyone working behind the scenes to provide an incredible experience to all of it’s users are so awesome. Trainers are SO helpful, friendly, welcoming, and supportive — it has truly been a dream! Aside from all of the incredible humans working for CodeWizardsHQ, other pros would be the communication amongst staff (although we are all remote, it feels like we can all be in constant communication with one another which makes you feel never alone or isolated), the ability to work from home, and the meaningful work that we all do.
Kontras
The only con would be that because we are all working remotely from different parts of the US, we don’t have occasions where we could get together for in-person team bonding events! I think that would be super fun with this group!!
