- Need to study the curriculum and fast - Two sensei's per shift is the norm, which on some days feels too little if it's a full-size class - No game documentation or resources to refer to, best you have is following a book containing answers or following the children's curriculum - Bosses don't have programming knowledge. - Corporate resources for senseis seem little to none Overall, my complaints revolve around the lack of resources/technical documentation for the JavaScript-based game platform, but no complaints about management.
