      Pros

      Office is so classy and homey at the same time. It feels like you're working on a coffee shop 5 times a week for free! The people are genuine, one can laugh carelessly and won't feel weird. Vacation is well-funded and well-thought of. The setup lessens the usual work pressure.

      Not really a con but probably an improvement on SL credits. Better laptop brand for the Ops team.
