      The only pro about working here is the inspiring community of women and non-binary you meet along the way.

      Kontras

      Would absolutely not recommend working here, salaries are crap, senior management are bullies. Fake mission, bang on about women empowerment but do the complete opposite. High staff turnover. Lack of training.

      Pros

      CFG has one of the most talented and inspiring teams that I've ever worked with. Leaders bring a lot of energy and have been refreshingly open-minded, giving a lot of support to try new approaches.

      Kontras

      There has been a huge amount of growth which results in expected teething issues, and some turnover, but overall great place to work and making a lot of progress toward the mission.
