Pros

-Lots of great talent at the company (unfortunately they are all undervalued) -Coworkers are welcoming and go out of their way to help others

Kontras

-Management does not uphold anything that they promise -There is little to no discussion for career growth, opportunities or pay increase -Review cycles are often skipped and if they do take place, are often done by an engineering manager who has no clue what you have been doing -As a consulting company, there should be more than one client

While difficult feedback is hard to hear, we always want to improve. We are working hard to enhance the employee experience for all current and future employees as we refine & enhance our processes around performance reviews and compensation. We continue to strive to improve communication between managers and employees to improve performance and provide opportunities for career growth.

Pros

The employees were generally nice and fun to work with at first, but over time the culture declined as more good people left or were laid off. They have snacks.

Kontras

Because the company is an agency, projects often shift based on client demands. Upper management rarely pushes back and this results in frequent last-minute changes and a poor work-life balance for primarily the developers and engineers. Compensation and career growth opportunities are extremely limited. If you’re experienced, you’ll likely find better pay and balance elsewhere.
