-Offline day is not offline at all, even if it is blocked and you have said that it is your offline day nobody takes that into account and calls/meetings are still being scheduled -Not able to take constructive feedback -Micromanagement -Lack of experienced people and trust for new team members which makes it impossible to bring any change and improve things -No onboarding apart from meetings with all teams, no clear goals or objectives of the role
