Hello - thanks for leaving us some feedback. Great to hear you’ve connected with fellow CoachHubbers, that’s important and we’re grateful to them, day in, day out. You’re right in that we DID scale up our hiring due to growth plans, which was necessary, unfortunately as many global businesses did in 2022, we did complete a restructuring on the grounds of growth and ultimately sustainability. Rest assured we’re working to build a bright future for all CoachHubbers and you will have already started to see the beginnings of this with our shares scheme, new Employee Assistance Program & internal comms initiatives.
